1) Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery (recommended standard), provided the item meets the conditions below. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable Cambodian consumer protection laws.
2) Return conditions (eligible items)
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, unused
- In original condition with tags/packaging (if applicable)
- Free of stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage
3) Non-returnable items
Unless defective or incorrect, we generally do not accept returns for:
- Clearance / final sale items (if marked)
- Gift cards (if offered)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
4) Wrong item / defective item
If you receive the wrong item, missing item, or a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
5) How to request a return
Email support@connecthumanity.com.kh with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if defective/wrong item)
6) Return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective), we will cover reasonable return shipping (or arrange pickup where possible).
- If the return is due to change of mind/size selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise.
7) Refund method and timing
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (or via an agreed method for COD orders).
- Refund processing time: typically 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (bank/payment provider timing may vary).
- Original shipping fees are typically non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
