These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of connecthumanity.com.kh and purchases made from Connect Humanity. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
You must be able to enter into a lawful contract. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2) Products and pricing
- We aim to display product descriptions, sizes, and prices accurately.
- Colors may vary due to lighting/screen settings.
- Prices and availability may change without notice.
3) Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed when we accept and process payment (or confirm Cash on Delivery, if offered).
- We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If payment was collected, we will refund per our Refund Policy.
4) Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by address accuracy, peak seasons, carrier delays, customs, or events beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.
5) Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. These Terms do not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable Cambodian consumer protection laws.
6) Intellectual property
All content on the Site (logos, text, product photos, design, layout) is owned by or licensed to Connect Humanity. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.
7) Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site unlawfully or for fraud
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or scrape the Site
- Post or transmit harmful code
8) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
9) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Site.
10) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and disputes will be handled by competent courts/authorities in Cambodia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
